Another expert GlobalData's Neil Saunders, was a less than impressed with the store. Saunders said that, while the store was innovating, it was lacking an understanding of the market and was "too complicated." Saunders added that he believes Amazon remains dedicated to brick-and mortar retail, but that its decision last year to close its bookstores and stores with 4-Star indicates that Amazon is focussed on what is most important to consumers.
