Neil Saunders of GlobalData was less impressed. He said that, while the store was innovating on a few levels but it did not have a clear viewpoint and was "too complicated." Saunders added that he believes Amazon remains committed to brick-and-mortar stores, but that its decision to close its bookstores and stores with 4-Star shows that Amazon is focused on what is most important to consumers.
